Louise Kennedy Louise began studying Iyengar Yoga in 1994 at the Iyengar Institute in Maida Vale. She found the discipline, focus and recuperative aspects of this style of yoga appealing after previously studying martial arts. She is a qualified Junior Intermediate 2 Iyengar Yoga teacher. Lucy Osman Lucy started teaching in 2003 and has been practising yoga since 1996. She is a qualified Introductory Level Iyengar teacher and studied for her teaching qualification at the Maida Vale Institute. Lucy has also studied with the Iyengars at the Institute in Pune, India. |
